Our Customer Care Program has been established so that you always have the cleanest carpets!
Here is how the program works. We arrive at your home or office and do an initial quote. This is so that we can make sure we understand your needs and we can advise you with expert opinion on cleaning your carpet. We will quote you the price for an intensive cleaning and schedule a time for the cleaning that will take care of the problem areas and leave your carpets as clean as they can possibly be. You pay for the intensive cleaning at a rate that is competitive but will not break the bank!
Secondly, you pay only $9.99 Per month charge that we guarantee in writing. Here is what you get in your program!
1. Initial Intensive cleaning will be charged at 10% off the regular rate for carpet cleaning which is currently $0.32 Per Square foot.
2. You choose whether you want quarterly or semi-annual regular cleaning of traffic areas at 20% off the initial quote for the intensive service for semi-annual service and 40% off for the quarterly cleaning!
3. On the Spot Service! With on the spot service if you have a spill or a stain that you need to get our urgently, then give us a call and we will have a technician there within 24 hours free of charge! One urgent call allowed each month. Additional calls charged at 1/2 rate for emergency calls. Urgent calls are Limited to cleaning one 3x3 foot area for spot removal. As another example, If you have a pipe burst, a hot water heater or other water emergency that we can take care of with our equipment, then you only pay 1/2 price for our emergency service. Our regular rate for emergency service is $85.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. This service alone could save you hundreds of dollars!
4. The monthly charge is only $9.99 per month! For instance. Lets say you have a home that you
you desire to keep exceptionally clean. In this example it has 1100 square feet of carpet. Your initial charge would be 1100 times the current per square foot price ( Currently $0.32 per square foot.) times 9/10. In this example you would be charged $316.00. If you chose the quarterly cleaning then you would get additional cleanings every 3 months for only $190.00 each which is a saving of $126.00. On top of the savings, you get the peace of mind of knowing your urgent carpet needs will be taken care of within 24 hours and your emergency calls will be charged at a substantially reduced rate! If you chose the semi-annual cleaning then your cost on the semi-annual cleaning in this example would be $252.00 which would be a savings of $64.00 on each cleaning. We have contract terms of up to 3 years so you can lock in your cleanings at these prices for up to 3 years.
